is a very mysterious character. His body was taken over by War God Ares' spirit and killed the former Pope Shion and then
became the Pope himself. He tried to kill baby Athena since she's the one standing in Ares' way but was stopped by Sagittarius
Gold Saint Aioros. Since Ares cheated by taking over a grown man's body instead of a baby's, he couldn't have complete control
of Saga and Saga's mind would constantly argue with Ares' to try to stop him from his evil doings. Later when Athena was saved
from the battle at the Sanctuary and Ares' spirit was chased out of Saga, he begged for forgiveness and killed himself, I
think, or just died. Saga is very powerful, especially his Hypnotism Demon Emperor Fist can manipulate a person's mind and
almost control them, Ikki has a similar technique and even used it to fight with Saga.
